Salmon in the Classroom

Why do I think Louie is talking about Chum?

The pandemic of covid 19 has slowed but not stopped the good work of the Kitsap Poggie Club in our Salmon in the Classroom outreach efforts we have three schools that have active salmon in the classroom programs this year. South Kitsap High School (SKHS), North Kitsap Middle School and South Colby Elementary. All of the tanks have been set up and eggs have been delivered to SKHS and South Colby Elementary, the tank at North Kitsap Middle School was just set up and the tank temperature is adjusting in anticipation of the salmon eggs arrival. Also, SKHS is working on setting up a camera so the tank can be live-streamed and we can watch the eggs hatch into Alvens.

I don’t have the link for the SKHS live feed yet, hopefully, next week.
